I am a Filipina who found a way to stay in Europe after a cultural exchange program. Living in Portugal gave me the opportunity to help others—especially friends—navigate the complexities of moving to a new country. Over time, I observed, learned, and adopted the systems needed to live and thrive in Portugal, from obtaining essential documents to applying for residency. I’m now waiting for my resident card, and I want to use the knowledge I gained to guide others through the same process.

Why We Created PortuGo?

We created PortuGo to provide a hassle-free, end-to-end service for anyone relocating, traveling, or studying in Portugal. From documentation assistance (NIF, NISS, SNS, Police Clearance) to travel services (flights, hotels, check-ins, rebooking, and cancellations), our goal is to give our clients peace of mind.

Before their journey, we take care of everything:

  • Online check-in and sending boarding passes
  • Coordinating hotel stays according to client preferences
  • Handling rebookings, cancellations, and refunds where necessary

Through our own experience, we understand that relocating can be costly and overwhelming. Obtaining essential documents in Portugal can cost thousands of euros, and finding reliable assistance is not always easy.
